The Amphitheatre

The Tent

When it’s time to celebrate, our spacious 4,000-square-foot tent sets the stage for an unforgettable event. With room to accommodate up to 170 guests, a dance floor, and a DJ, it’s perfect for dining, heartfelt toasts, and dancing the night away. Nestled against a picturesque, tree-lined backdrop, this luxury tent offers a versatile space to create the perfect arrangement for your reception. Plus, with optional side panels that can be installed during inclement weather, your celebration will remain comfortable and enjoyable no matter the forecast.

The Lodge

With its impressive stone fireplace and outdoor patio space, our cozy gathering lodge is the perfect spot for a little bit of everything. Whether you’re picturing a relaxing lounge area for guests to mingle, or a camp vibe cocktail hour, this space is super versatile. A perfect setting for a fun photo booth or the all-important Pittsburgh Cookie Table, we’ve got plenty of room for whatever creative touches you’ve got in mind to make your day one-of-a-kind.

The Cottage

The Cottage offers a beautifully designed space for you and your bridal party to relax, enjoy, and prepare for your special moment. Featuring multiple makeup stations, full-length mirrors, and abundant natural light, it provides everything needed to ensure you look flawless from every angle. Thoughtfully equipped with cozy seating, a convenient kitchenette for snacks and mimosas, and a private restroom, the Cabin creates a comfortable and elegant setting where you can make lasting memories before walking down the aisle.

The Den

Available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday weddings, this additional getting-ready space is a private retreat overlooking the lake, complete with a spacious yard for outdoor enjoyment. The Den offers everything you need to get ready in comfort—featuring a full kitchen, bathroom, and plenty of space to relax and spend time with your wedding party. Whether it’s sharing a few laughs over drinks, playing a casual game of cornhole or beer pong, or taking a quiet moment to unwind before the festivities begin, it’s the perfect spot for your pre-wedding prep.

The Cabin

The Cabin provides a warm and inviting space for wedding parties celebrating with us on Fridays and Sundays to relax, prepare, and enjoy time together before the festivities begin. The space features dedicated makeup stations, comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, private restroom, and a convenient kitchenette for light snacks and refreshments. The Cabin offers a cozy and memorable start to your wedding day.

The Cottage Suite

Redefining "glamping," the Cottage Suite, available to our Saturday wedding couples, is a dreamy private retreat and offers everything you need for an unforgettable start to your happily ever after! Sink into a plush king-size bed with the softest linens, and unwind in a cozy lounge area—perfect for late-night reminiscing about your magical day. The well-equipped kitchenette is ready for a celebratory toast, a midnight snack, or that first sip of morning coffee. Indulge in the luxurious en-suite bath, featuring a separate dual shower and a deep soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. Thoughtful touches, including plush towels and complimentary toiletries, ensure a stay that's as comfortable as it is romantic.

The Cabin Suite

Just steps from the celebration, The Cabin Suite is available for Friday and Sunday weddings and offers a beautifully designed retreat, perfect for the start of your next chapter together. A luxurious king-size bed dressed in premium linens provides a serene place to rest and recharge, while the inviting living area creates space to relax, reflect on the day, or simply enjoy a quiet moment together. The thoughtfully appointed kitchenette makes it easy to enjoy a late-night snack or brew fresh coffee as the morning begins. A well-appointed private bath offers comfort and convenience, complete with plush towels and carefully selected toiletries to ensure your stay feels effortless, intimate, and refined.

The Yard

The yard, nestled beside the tent, is a welcoming outdoor space designed for a fun and unforgettable wedding reception. It boasts a large firepit with cozy seating, plenty of firewood to keep the celebration glowing, and a spacious green area perfect for outdoor games and mingling. Whether you're roasting marshmallows, playing lawn games with loved ones, or unwinding under the stars, this enchanting setting adds a warm and whimsical touch to your special day.

The Lake

Harkening back to 1924, Lake Agawam has been a place of adventure and memories for generations of campers who spent summers enjoying its cool, serene waters. Now, as part of our stunning wedding venue, the lake adds to the nostalgic camp vibe, providing a breathtaking backdrop for your special day. Whether it’s capturing romantic photos by the water’s edge or simply enjoying the natural beauty that surrounds you, Lake Agawam enhances the charm of our property and creates the perfect camp inspired setting.
