Seasonal Availability: Weddings are hosted May through October.
Ceremony Rehearsal Time: 1 hour, weekday based on availability.
Capacity: Up to 170 people.
Outdoor Ceremony Space: Amphitheater-style bench seating, scenic creek and rock formation backdrop, electrical power access, picturesque walking trails, and a center aisle.
Tent: 4,000 sq ft white tent with drop-down sides, concrete floor, seating for 170 guests with room for a dance floor, chandeliers, string lights, propane heaters.
Tables and Chairs: Farmhouse tables seat 8-10 guests, cross back chairs, sweetheart table, tables for food buffet, cookies and more.
Lodge: 2050 sq ft. fully enclosed and climate-controlled lodge with stone fireplace, lounge seating area, food service tables, cookie tables, 4 restrooms, caterer’s staging kitchen, 2 patios, mini pavilion.
Bride’s Cottage: Bridal party getting-ready space with 5 makeup stations, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen.
Groom’s Cabin: Separate retreat for the Groom’s party to get ready with bathroom and kitchen.
Yard Space: Green space for outdoor games.
Picturesque Photo Locations: Use of designated property areas for photo opportunities.
Parking Area: Parking for guests and vendors. Handicap and overflow parking available.
On-site Staff During Event: Garbage removal, reception space cleaning, ceremony-to-reception table & chair transition if needed.
